Lavida Green Pho Noi is located at the intersection of National Highway 5 and Provincial Road 380. The project is designed by transforming the old clinic area into a sales area and the Project Management Board. To realize this concept, the MARS-Architect team focuses on the Double-skin facade technique, developing a design for a building with two layers of the facade to resist heat and dust from the construction site. Additionally, green spaces and flower gardens are distributed throughout the project, both inside and outside, to utilize temperature regulation, ensuring ecological and environmental factors.
