1. Propose operational plans:

• Develop brand strategy
• Sales and communication strategy and communication management
• Organize pre-opening activities
• Financial plan for the first 10 years
• Service orientation and industry direction for the commercial townhouse block
• Operational management plan and corresponding processes for the commercial townhouse block

2. DESIGN CONSULTATION AND PROPOSE DESIGN STANDARDS

• Design direction for the shophouse block and other service areas (excluding the resort area)
• Propose design standards for the entire project
• Review and approve MEP design and other technical infrastructure designs.
